There are just two months to go until the first World Squash Team Championships to feature concurrent men's and women's events gets underway at Hong Kong Football Club.
The World Team Championships, which will take place in Hong Kong, China from 09-15 December, features National Federation squads of four players battling it out for the title of World Champions.
Egypt will travel as defending champions in both events, with the women's team downing USA 2-0 in a gripping final on home court in 2022, and the men's team defeating England last year in a tense tie in New Zealand.
Hosts Hong Kong, China, meanwhile will be hoping to improve on a best ever finish of third, which was achieved by the women's team in 2016 and 2018, and the men's team in 2017.
Action from the World Squash Team Championships will be streamed live and free on WORLDSQUASH.TV, the streaming platform of the World Squash Federation.
The WSF AGM will also take place during the championships, on the 14 December, where the Presidential and Vice Presidential elections will take place.
"With just two months to go until the World Team Championships, excitement is really building," said WSF CEO William Louis-Marie.
"And I'm delighted that, just a few months after recording record-breaking entries in the WSF World Junior Championships - the first ever to have concurrent men's and women's events - and the WSF World Masters Championships, there will be another historic first at this year's World Team Championships.
"Hong Kong Football Club is a fantastic venue and the organising team has done an unbelievable job so far. We're so lucky to have locations such as this to show off our sport at its very best."
