WSF World Squash Team Championships: Knockout Stage – How to watch live

We’re through to the knockout stages of the WSF World Squash Team Championships at Hong Kong Football Club as the teams that qualified from the Pools Stage battle it out for a spot in the quarter-finals, while teams that exited in the pools stage compete for a best possible finish.

This year’s championships is an historic edition, with it being the first to feature the men’s and women’s events simultaneously.

Play begins at 12:00 with action from the indoor glass court, court six and court seven for free on WORLDSQUASH.TVas well as on partner channels.

Playing order today is 1-3-2

We start with two knockout ties from the women’s event, as Japan take on Malaysia on the glass court and Australia play India on Court 7.

Then, at 14:30 there are four knockout ties in the men’s event, featuring Egypt v Canada on the glass court and Pakistan v Germany on Court 5, France v South Africa on Court 7 and Malaysia v India on Court 6.

At 17:30, there are two women’s ties and two men’s. In the women’s event, hosts Hong Kong, China take on Scotland on the glass court and Canada play France on Court 5. In the men’s event, Czechia play Switzerland on Court 6 and it’s Scotland v Colombia on Court 7.

The first knockout stage ends with two men’s ties at 19:30, as hosts Hong Kong, China play USA and Spain play England.

About the WSF World Squash Team Championships
The WSF World Squash Team Championships are contested annually and pit National Federation squads of four players against each other as they compete for the title of World Champions. The 2024 edition, which is taking place in Hong Kong, China, from 09-15 December 2024 and will be hosted at the Hong Kong Football Club, with the support of the Squash Association of Hong Kong, China.

This year’s championships will be the first to feature concurrent men’s and women’s events, with previous editions alternating between the two annually.

The WSF World Squash Team Championships is proud of being an “M” Mark event that helps

enhance the image of Hong Kong as Asia’s sports event capital. The “M” Mark awarded by the Major Sports Events Committee, symbolising intense, spectacular and signature event in the territory sports calendar.
